Endless welded

These flat belts are manufactured with a polyester traction layer. Tangential and flat belts have a symmetrical design and are characterised by their impressive strength, excellent dimensional stability and good resistance to chemicals.

ROCO 8003

The ROCO 8003 machine belt is manufactured in open lengths and can be welded to produced endless lengths. The traction layer is made of polyester, while the transport and running side is made of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR).

These rubber flat belts are primarily used in paper handling, paper production and processing. The ROCO 8003 belt is abrasion-resistant, dimensionally stable and has good grip. The belt thickness of 1.4 mm.

ROCO 8006

The rubber drive belt ROCO 8006 is produced in open lengths and can be welded to produce endless lengths. This TC tangential/flat belt features a polyester (PET) traction layer. Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) is used as the friction layer on the drive side and also as the back coating.

This rubber flat belt is primarily used in paper production and processing. The flat belt ROCO 8006 is dimensionally stable and resistant to deformation, energy-saving and also features a simple and fast joining method. The belt thickness of 1.8 mm.

ROCO 8015 / ROCO 8018

The flat belt ROCO 8015 / ROCO 8018 is used in the area of light / medium drives and in ventilation engineering.
The production takes place by open-ended, so that the belt can be connected to the required length by means of a conventional welded connection.
Like the other belts from the ROCO series, the ROCO 8015 / ROCO 8018 is equipped with a tension layer made of polyester, as a friction layer is a coating of NBR rubber. The strength of the belt is 2.5 mm.

The rubber flat belt ROCO 8002 el is made of an electrically conductive material. The production width of the belt is a maximum of 600 mm and can be vulcanized to the required endless length by means of a welded joint. The available bearing width is 100mm.

The belt is used in the field of packaging machines, conveyor belts for paper and cardboard. The ROCO 8002 el is dimensionally and dimensionally stable, energy-saving and has a simple and quick end connection method. The belt thickness is 1.35 mm.

The ROCO 8040 el + elastic drive belt is manufactured in rolls up to a width of 600mm and can be endlessly welded. The flat belt is made of an antistatic material, which is also elastic.
