Steel lamina couplings

Steel lamina coupling have two flanges, which are assembled on the ends of the shaft to be connected. These couplings are available in a single cardanic or double cardanic design. This type of coupling has positive-locking or non-positive torque transmission.

RADEX®-N

The RADEX®-N is a backlash-free, torsionally rigid and maintenance-free all-steel coupling, which has extremely rigid lamina made of high-strength, stainless spring steel. The design of these lamina enables compensation for high displacements with low restoring forces. The RADEX®-N can be used at temperatures up to +280°C.

NANA 1/NANA 2

The RADEX®-N NANA 1/NANA 2 is a backlash-free, torsionally rigid and maintenance-free all-steel coupling. Its extremely rigid lamina, made of high-strength, stainless spring steel enable compensation for high displacements with low restoring forces. The RADEX®-N NANA 1/NANA 2 features FEM-optimised lamina with optimum form in terms of torque transmission and torsional rigidity. This double-cardanic coupling is part of the standard range and is available ex-stock.

NANA 3 (API 610)

The RADEX®-N NANA 3 (API 610) is a backlash-free, torsionally rigid and maintenance-free all-steel coupling. Its extremely rigid lamina, made of high-strength, stainless spring steel enable compensation for high displacements with low restoring forces.

 

The RADEX®-N NANA 3 (API 610) is suitable for use in pump drives, thanks to its spacers adapted to standard pump construction dimensions. This coupling can be fitted radially.

NNZ

The RADEX®-N NNZ is a backlash-free, torsionally stiff and maintenance-free all-steel coupling. The RADEX®-N NNZ is a short, double-cardanic coupling, which enables axial assembly/disassembly. The RADEX®-N NNZ is available up to size 70 as standard ex-stock.

Composite

The RADEX®-N Composite is a backlash-free, torsionally rigid and maintenance-free allsteel coupling. Its extremely rigid lamina, made of high-strength, stainless spring steel enable compensation for high displacements with low restoring forces.

 

The RADEX®-N Composite is a coupling with a carbon fibre spacers, which is suitable for use with large shaft distances dimensions without additional bearing. All steel parts are made of stainless materials. The spacer is sealed against environmental influences. The RADEX®-N Composite is available with ATEX aproval on request.

RIGIFLEX

RIGIFLEX® couplings are maintenance-free steel lamina couplings, which are characterised by their reliable torque transmission with simultaneous haft displacement. The laminae are shaped lamina sets arranged in layers. They are connected to the hubs in an absolutely backlash-free fit by means of positive-locking set screws.

The coupling is manufactured in accordance with API 671.
