The necessary pre-tension force can be simply and quickly set with tension rollers equipped with an eccentric cam.
Type B tension rollers are also available with a smooth surface. They are seated twice on grooved roller bearings and greased for life, thanks to the use of high-performance lithium saponified grease. These tension rollers can be used up to a permanent temperature of 70°C without this reducing the useful life of the grease. They are also short-term temperature resistant up to 120°C.
