SYNTEX®-NC is a backlash-free overload clutch, which is characterised by its low weight and mass moment of inertia. The compact SYNTEX®-NC has a large bore diameter and an easy-to-assemble clamping ring design.
This overload clutch is based on a ball-latching principle, which permits high repeating accuracy and short reaction times over the entire service life of the coupling. These coupling are primarily used in state-of-the-art machine tools, control and positioning technology, packaging machinery and special-purpose machinery.

It is compact and has a large bore diameter and an easy-to-assemble clamping ring design. The SYNTEX®-NC can be used for overload systems up to 265 Nm and has a low mass inertia. It is available with a ratchet and synchronous design.
The SYNTEX®-NC with ROTEX® GS is a backlash-free overload clutch, which can be combined with the backlash-free, flexible ROTEX® GS. It has a short design, is torsionally flexible and is capable of compensating for displacement. The SYNTEX®-NC with ROTEX® GS is axial plug-in and electrically isolating.
The SYNTEX®-NC with TOOLFLEX® is a backlash-free overload clutch, which can be combined with the backlash-free, torsionally stiff TOOLFLEX®. It can be displaced and is characterised by its low weight and mass inertia. The SYNTEX®-NC with TOOLFLEX® features a friction-locking clamping hub or taper hub.
