SYNTEX® are positive-locking, backlash-free overload systems. They can be used for torques up to 525 Nm. The SYNTEX® is a punched disk spring, which acts as the component transmitting the torque. These couplings are characterised by their short response times and high repeat precision.

SYNTEX® Standard overload systems operate with positive locking, are backlash-free and torsionally stiff. It can be used for torques up to 525 Nm. The SYNTEX® Standard has a punched disk spring, which acts as the component transmitting the torque. The drive is switched off by a limit switch or sensor.
The flange version of this overload system can be used at up to 400 Nm. They can be supplied as synchronous and ratchet designs.
SYNTEX® with integrated sprocket is a backlash-free overload system that works on the principle of positive locking. It can be used for torques up to 525 Nm. The SYNTEX® with integrated sprocket can be supplied pre-finished with pre-set torque. This reduces the number of components and the cost, thanks to the integral sprocket. The torque can be adjusted when fitted.
The SYNTEX® with pulley is a backlash-free overload system that works on the principle of positive locking. It can be used for torques up to 525 Nm. The SYNTEX® with pulley can be supplied pre-finished with pre-set slipping torque. This reduces the number of components and the cost, thanks to the integral pulley. The torque can be adjusted when fitted.
The SYNTEX® with shaft coupling ROTEX® GS is an overload system that works on the principle of positive locking and is combined with the backlash-free ROTEX® GS. It can be used for torques up to 525 Nm. The SYNTEX® with shaft coupling ROTEX® GS is backlash-free, torsionally stiff and axial plug-in and is available with various mass moments of inertia and different degrees of elastomer hardness.
