SYNTEX

SYNTEX® are positive-locking, backlash-free overload systems. They can be used for torques up to 525 Nm. The SYNTEX® is a punched disk spring, which acts as the component transmitting the torque. These couplings are characterised by their short response times and high repeat precision.

An overload system with positive operation for torques up to 400 Nm
Backlash-free, torsionally stiff
Good response accuracy
Synchronous and ratchet design
Protection of high-value drive units
