70/18

Wide V-belts with the profile 70/18 have the following dimensions: upper belt width 70 mm, belt height 18 mm. They are used in variomatic and variator drives, special drives in mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery and in vehicle engineering.

The CONTI®-V VARISPEED ADVANCE is used in variomatic and variator drives. The high-performance variable speed belt has a reinforced and low-stretch polyester tension cord with a fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber belt base and a cotton fabric top cover.

The CONTI®-V VARISPEED ADVANCE is a variable speed belt from the high-performance range, is electrically conductive in accordance with ISO 1813, temperature-resistant from -30°C to +90°C, suitable for use in tropical climates, dust-proof and conditionally resistant to oil.

The CONTI®-V VARISPEED POWER variable speed belt from the high-performance range has a low-stretch aramide tension cord and is therefore particularly suitable for use in variomatic and variator drives. The advanced core compound around the tension cord makes this variable speed belt even more durable.

The high-performance CONTI®-V VARISPEED POWER variable speed belt is electrically conductive in accordance with ISO 1813, temperature-resistant from -30°C to +90°C, suitable for use in tropical climates, dust-proof and conditionally resistant to oil.

The Optibelt VARIO POWER is a raw-edge variable speed belt, consists of a polychloroprene compound belt base with fibres at right angles to the running direction. This variable speed belt is primarily used for the transmission of high power. It is particularly suitable for this on account of its good transverse stiffness and its polyester or aramide tension cord embedded in a rubber compound.

The Optibelt VARIO POWER permits high-performance power transmission, which also requires flexibility in the running direction. Often used in cereal cultivation, machine tools, vehicle engineering and machine construction.
