Wrapped or raw-edge
narrow V-belts according to DIN 7753 / ISO 4184 are used in compact high-performance drives throughout general mechanical engineering. The standards define the different profiles, lengths, limiting dimensions, permitted centre distance variations and the minimum diameter of classic V-belts.
The belts are made of natural or synthetic rubber, feature a polyester or aramide tension cord and a fabric wrapping to protect against external influences.
Properties:
- Conditional resistance to oil
- Temperature-resistant from maximum -50° C to +120° C
- Dust-proof
- Suitable for tropical climates
- Dimensionally precise belts (from 1,000 mm by Conti)
- M=S (all lengths are identical)
Please refer to the respective data sheet for more detailed properties of the individual V-belts
