Banded V-belts with SPZ profile consist of classic V-belts, which conform to DIN 7753. They have approximately the following dimensions: upper belt width 9.7 mm, belt height 9 mm. These high-performance banded V-belts are suitable for drives with highly irregular loads and large centre distances.

The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT is a banded V-belt consisting of multiple narrow V-belts, classified according to DIN 7753. It features a polyester tension cord and a natural rubber belt base. Its transversely stiff top cover prevents twisting and excessive vibration of individual belts.

The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT ADVANCE with narrow V-belts, classified according to DIN 7753, boasts a reinforced polyester tension cord. Thanks to its fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber base and backing, the CONTI®-V MULTIBELT ADVANCE banded V-belt is ideal for heavy loads and the reliable transmission of high levels of power.
It is primarily used in clutches, for contraflexure or for operation with reverse tensioning idlers.
The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT POWER banded V-belt is synonymous with powerful power transmission at maximum loads. Its narrow V-belts, which conform to DIN 7753, are connected by a fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber belt backing and feature low-stretch aramide tension cords.
Optibelt KB banded V-belts with narrow V-belts consist of multiple single V-belts, classified according to DIN 7753. A top cover connects the narrow V-belts to create banded V-belts, which are characterised above all by their highly uniform power transmission and low-vibration running. The tension cord of Optibelt KB banded V-belts is made of polyester and they have a rubber compound core.
They are primarily used with extreme impact loads and large centre distances in conjunction with small pulley diameters and vertical axes.
