Banded V-belts with D/HD profile consist of classic V-belts, which conform to DIN 2215. They have the following dimensions: upper belt width 32 mm, belt height 20 mm. These banded V-belts are suitable for drives with highly irregular loads and large centre distances.

The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT consists of multiple classic V-belts, which conform to the DIN 2215 standard. Its polyester tension cord, natural rubber belt base and transversely stiff top cover make it perfect for drives with highly irregular loads. The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT is often used with large centre distances and in dusty environments.
The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT ADVANCE consists of classic V-belts, which confirm to DIN 2215. It features a reinforced polyester tension cord and a fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber belt base and backing.
An aramide tension cord makes the CONTI®-V MULTIBELT POWER into a low-stretch banded V-belt, primarily used with powerful power transmission at maximum loads. Classic V-belts, which conform to DIN 2215, are connected by a fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber belt backing and thus form this banded V-belt.
The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT POWER is dust-proof, conditionally resistant to oil and suitable for use in agricultural machinery, wood processing machines, in mining or on oil rigs.
Multiple individual V-belts, classified according to DIN 2215, are connected by a top cover to form the Optibelt KB with classic V-belts. Optibelt banded V-belts are characterised above all by their uniform power transmission and low-vibration running. The tension cord of Optibelt KB banded V-belts is made of polyester and they have a rubber compound core.
They are used with extreme impact loads and large centre distances in conjunction with small pulley diameters and vertical axes.
