The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT ADVANCE banded V-belt consists of multiple narrow V-belts, which are classified according to DIN 7753. A polyester tension cord and fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber base and backing characterise this banded V-belt making it suitable for the reliable transmission of high levels of power and for heavy-duty loads.

Preferred applications of the CONTI®-V MULTIBELT ADVANCE include drives with clutches, contraflexure and tensioning idlers.

These banded V-belts, consisting of multiple narrow V-bands that conform to DIN 7753, have a low-stretch aramide tension cord. The CONTI®-V MULTIBELT POWER relies on a fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber belt backing and is therefore very suitable even for maximum loads, enabling powerful power transmission. It is also conditionally resistant to oil and dust-proof.

All these properties make the CONTI®-V MULTIBELT POWER ideal for use in mining, on oil rigs and in agricultural and wood processing machinery.

Multiple narrow V-belts, which conform to DIN 7753, form these Optibelt KB banded V-belts. Running smoothness in relation to vibrations is facilitated by the top cover, which connects the individual narrow V-belts, and by the polyester tension cord and rubber compound core.

Optibelt KB banded V-belts are primarily used in applications with extreme impact loads, vertical axes and with large centre distances with small pulley diameters.

This extremely low-stretch and maintenance-free banded V-belt with a special polyester tension cord consists of multiple Optibelt RED POWER 3 high-performance narrow V-belts connected by a top cover. The Optibelt RED POWER 3 Kraftband has a core with a fibre mixture arranged at right angles to the belt, which makes it ideal for drives in machine and commercial vehicle construction that call for high dynamic loads coupled with flexibility.

This banded V-belt consists of multiple Optibelt BLUE POWER high-performance narrow V-belts, connected by a top cover. Thanks to its aramide tension cord and the fibre mixture arranged at right angles in the polychloroprene core, the Optibelt BLUE POWER Kraftband is extremely low-stretch, as well as break-resistant and flexible.
