Traditional raw-edge rubber V-belts with profile ZX, classified according to DIN 2215, have the following dimensions: upper belt width 10 mm, belt height 6 mm. These V-belts are preferably used with extremely small pulley diameters, high speeds and higher ambient temperatures.
The raw-edge CONTI®-V FO rubber V-belt conforms to DIN 2215 and is characterised by temperature resistance from -30° to +70° and excellent flexibility. These rubber V-belts are outstanding particularly in industrial drives operating at high speed and with small belt pulleys.
The Optibelt SUPER TX M=S is a raw-edge rubber V-belt classified according to DIN 2215. It boasts a polyester tension cord and a belt base consisting of a polychloroprene-rubber compound with fibres at right angles to the running direction.
