Raw-edge rubber V-belts, classified according to DIN 2215, with an AX profile have the following dimensions: upper belt width 13 mm, belt height 8 mm. These rubber V-belts are preferably used with extremely small pulley diameters, with high performance demands and with higher ambient temperatures.
The raw-edge CONTI®-V FO rubber V-belt conforms to the DIN 2215 standard and is characterised by its temperature resistance from -30° to +70°, as well as very good flexibility. These rubber V-belts can be used above all in industrial drives with high speeds and small pulley diameters.
The Optibelt SUPER TX M=S has a polychloroprene belt base with fibres at right angles to the running direction and a polyester tension cord in an embedding compound. This raw-edge rubber V-belt is classified according to DIN 2215. Excellent flexibility, extreme transverse stiffness and abrasion resistance are features that characterise the Optibelt SUPER TX M=S.
