The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 75 A orange smooth, is manufactured with a glass fibre PU tension member, which can be welded.

This BEHAbelt® polyurethane V-belt with tension member has a smooth surface and the following approximate coefficients of friction μ: Steel 0.70, PE 0.40, HDPE 0.35. The minimum pulley diameter for the BEHAbelt® PU 75 A orange with glass fibre PU tension member is 180 mm.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 75 A light grey smooth has a polyester tension member. This BEHAbelt® polyurethane V-belt with tension member has a smooth surface and the following approximate coefficients of friction μ: Steel 0.70, PE 0.40, HDPE 0.35. The minimum pulley diameter for the BEHAbelt® PU 75 A in light grey with a polyester tension member is 120 mm.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 80 A orange smooth has a polyester tension member and also conforms to EC/FDA/USDA. It can therefore be used in the food industry.

This BEHAbelt® polyurethane V-belt with tension member has a smooth surface and the following approximate coefficients of friction μ: Steel 0.65, PE 0.35, HDPE 0.30. The minimum pulley diameter for the BEHAbelt® PU 80 A in orange with polyester tension member is 160 mm.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 85 A green smooth is manufactured with a low-stretch aramide tension member.

It has a smooth surface and the following approximate coefficients of friction μ: Steel 0.60, PE 0.35, HDPE 0.30. The minimum pulley diameter for this BEHAbelt® polyurethane V-belt PU 85 A in green with an aramide tension member is 180 mm.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 85 A ultramarine blue smooth has a glass fibre PU tension member, which can also be welded.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 90 A white is produced with a polyester tension member.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 90 A white has a cogged bottom and a polyester tension member. Its cogged bottom enables smaller pulleys to be used, at the same time as reducing the tensile strength of the belt.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 95 A beige has a polyester tension member. The belt has a smooth surface and the following approximate coefficients of friction μ: Steel 0.45, PE 0.25, HDPE 0.20. The minimum pulley diameter for this BEHAbelt® polyurethane V-belt PU 95 A in beige is 250 mm.

The BEHAbelt® PU V-belt PU 95 A white is manufactured with a cogged bottom and a polyester tension member. Its cogged bottom enables smaller pulleys to be used, at the same time as reducing the traction of the belt.

The BEHAbelt® V-belt TPE 55 D beige smooth is a polyester V-belt, which is manufactured with a polyester tension member. It has a smooth surface and can be used in the food industry, thanks to its EC/FDA/USDA conformity.
