The STD profile (Super Torque Drive) is designed for smooth running and consistent tooth engagement in the area of open-ended timing belts. The arc-shaped tooth geometry ensures uniform motion transmission and is particularly suitable for applications in the lower and medium power range.

Endless rubber timing belts sold by the meter with the STD profile are primarily used in standard drives with consistent motion sequences. The CONTI® SYNCHROLINE is manufactured using a continuous process, consists of synthetic rubber with a glass cord tensile member, and is ozone-resistant, conditionally oil-resistant, and maintenance-free.

Compact and smooth-running drive solutions can be achieved with matching STD timing belt pulleys.
