The HTD profile (High Torque Drive) is a continuous, high-performance profile for rubber timing belts. It features a special tooth head and a semi-rounded tooth geometry and is specifically designed for transmitting high torques.
The optimized tooth shape ensures high operational reliability and excellent protection against tooth skipping. This makes the HTD profile suitable for demanding drive systems with high loads, dynamic loads, and synchronous power transmission.
Endless manufactured rubber timing belts with the HTD profile are characterized by robust construction and high reliability. In combination with suitable timing belt pulleys, reliable and efficient power transmission is guaranteed throughout the entire drive system. Application areas include mechanical engineering, conveyor technology, and high-performance industrial applications.

CONTI SYNCHROBELT® belts are suitable for use in the low to medium power range. The belt backing and teeth are made of polychloroprene, the tension member is made of glass fibre cord, the cords of which are pairs of counter-twisted glass fibres.
CONTI SYNCHROBELT® belts are classified by DIN ISO 5296 and are resistant to weathering, suitable for use in tropical climates and resistant to ozone.
Optibelt OMEGA timing belts were developed for synchronous power and positioning drives. Their low coefficient of friction ensures a low operating temperature and reduced noise levels. The tension member consists of pairs of counter-twisted glass fibre tension cords, which specifically provide very good bending properties. These rubber timing belts stand out in particular on account of their maximum precision and lack of maintenance.
