Endless Lengths

ROTH endless-manufactured polyurethane timing belts are produced from abrasion-resistant polyurethane combined with high-strength steel cord tension members. They offer exceptional dimensional accuracy and uniform power transmission across the entire belt length. The belts are highly loaded-resistant, operate quietly and depending on the compound are temperature-resistant from -30 °C to +130 °C making them ideal for applications such as conveyor systems, machine tools and packaging machinery.

Thanks to flexible manufacturing processes, the belts can be precisely adapted to the specific application. Their mechanical properties, such as high flexibility, low pre-tension requirements, high span stiffness, and reduced bearing loads ensure durable, low-maintenance drive systems. By using different polyurethane compounds, these belts can also be used in sensitive environments such as the food industry.

Compared to other manufacturing types, such as welded endless belts or open-length belts, endless-manufactured PU timing belts offer a completely homogeneous structure without a weld seams, which can double the transmissible power capacity. This makes them particularly suitable for applications requiring constant power transmission, large centre distances, or high transmission ratios.
