Timing Belts

We offer our customers a comprehensive range in the field of standard drive components, as well as high-quality timing belts made of polyurethane or rubber. Our belts enable precise, slip-free power transmission and are used in applications such as automation and robotics, material handling, conveyor technology, packaging machinery, elevators, lifting systems and machine tools. With a variety of profiles, pitches, and dimensions, as well as matching tensioning rollers, we provide customised solutions that are optimally tailored to the specific application.

Our timing belts are available in different profiles, lengths, and materials, ranging from cost-efficient standard solutions to highly precise premium products. For specialised requirements, we also supply BRECO and Conti/Synchroflex belts, which ensure maximum dimensional accuracy, smooth operation, and long service life.

Through our technical consulting services and a broad product portfolio, we support our customers in selecting the most suitable timing belt and the corresponding components for their applications.

More informations

Our timing belts are used in numerous industries, such as automation & robotics, medicine technology, conveyor technology, packaging machinery, machine tools and the electrical industry. They offer precise, slip-free power transmission and a high lifespan.

We offer timing belts made of polyurethane (PU) and rubber in a variety of configurations. PU timing belts are characterized by high dimensional stability, excellent abrasion resistance, and precise power transmission, making them particularly suitable for dynamic or high-load applications. Rubber timing belts provide outstanding flexibility, smooth and quiet operation, and cost efficiency, and are therefore commonly used in standard drive systems. In addition, we supply specialized designs such as transport belts, cam belts, self-tracking belts, double-sided belts, and coated timing belts to optimally meet specific application requirements.

Key selection criteria include material, profile, belt length, pitch, center distance, and operating conditions. Our technical consulting team supports you in selecting the optimal timing belt for your specific application.

Tensioning rollers maintain the timing belt at the optimal pre-tension, minimize elongation, and ensure precise power transmission, extended service life, and low-maintenance drive systems.

Timing belts operate with positive engagement, low noise, and minimal maintenance, and require no lubrication. Compared with chain or flat belt drives, they offer particularly high precision and long service life.

By selecting the appropriate belt type, performing regular maintenance, using suitable tensioning rollers for timing belts, ensuring proper system design, and employing coated timing belts where required, the service life can be significantly extended.
