ETP® clamping sets are suitable for a wide range of applications and all normal applications. They are used, for example, to fasten timing belt pulleys, cams, lever arms, etc. The original ensures simple, fast and precise positioning of the hubs on the shafts. Simple disassembly with a small number of screws with low tightening torque makes servicing and maintenance easier.

ETP-CLASSIC® is suitable for a wide range of applications and all normal applications. It is used, for example, for fastening toothed belt pulleys, cams, lever arms etc.. The original ensures simple, fast and precise positioning of the hubs on the shafts.

The simple disassembly, with a small number of screws with low tightening torque, facilitates service and maintenance.

ETP-CLASSIC R is a hydraulic connection consisting of a double-walled, hardened steel sleeve. Filled with a special pressure medium, type R is constructed like the normal ETP-CLASSIC, but made of stainless steel. It also has external hexagon bolts that are easier to clean, which is important when used in machines in the food industry, for example. ETP-CLASSIC R also has more pressure screws because the tightening torque of stainless steel screws is lower.

ETP-CLASSIC R is available as standard for shaft diameters of 15-100 mm (also in inches). The concentricity is 0.03 - 0.06 mm and the number of assemblies is 50.

ETP-EXPRESS is a hydraulic clamping bush with only one screw for pressure build-up, which is characterized by quick assembly and small installation dimensions. This enables a compact machine design with low weight and moment of inertia as well as quick and easy positioning of the hub.

ETP-EXPRESS is available as a standard product for shafts 15-100 mm (also in inches). The concentricity is ≤ 0.02 mm and the number of assemblies is 500 - 2000 (depending on the dimension).

Thanks to its corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, ETP-EXPRESS R is particularly suitable for the food industry and process engineering, where the demand for stainless shaft-hub connections is increasing. The pressure medium and lubricant for the screws are also approved for the food industry. The most common sizes are available in stainless steel. The extremely small installation dimensions result in a compact design with low weight and moment of inertia.

ETP-EXPRESS R is available as standard for shaft diameters from 15-80 mm (also in inches). The concentricity is ≤ 0.02 mm and the number of assemblies is 200 - 800 (depending on the dimension).

Thanks to its robust design, ETP-HYLOC® is particularly suitable for use under extreme operating conditions and difficult environmental conditions, such as those found in rolling mills or the finishing industry. The hydromechanical connection is characterized by quick assembly, a high radial load and good concentricity. Assembly/disassembly is carried out using a hydraulic pump and one interesting application is the fastening of rolls and rollers to shafts.

ETP-MINI® is particularly suitable for fast, space-saving and simple clamping and mounting of small components. In contrast to feather keys or set screws, it enables an adjustable backlash-free connection. The clamping set is one of the most compact mechanical shaft-hub connections on the market and is also available in stainless steel in various versions. ETP-MINI type R is suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries, for example.

ETP-POWER® is a hydraulic clamping bush that combines fast assembly with high radial forces thanks to a specially developed pressure medium. The hydraulic clamping bush has the highest performance data among the ETP shaft-hub connections and has the positive characteristics of hydraulic clamping.

ETP-TECHNO® is a high-precision hydraulic tensioning jack that is particularly suitable for frequent assembly (several thousand times) and hub adjustments with extreme accuracy. The high-precision connection is easy to assemble with just one screw and has a high concentricity. It is often used as the basis for customized solutions.
