Narrow V-belts

Wrapped or raw-edge narrow V-belts according to DIN 7753 / ISO 4184 are used in compact high-performance drives throughout general mechanical engineering. The standards define the different profiles, lengths, limiting dimensions, permitted centre distance variations and the minimum diameter of classic V-belts. The belts are made of natural or synthetic rubber, feature a polyester or aramide tension cord and a fabric wrapping to protect against external influences.

Thanks to its aramide tension cord, the Optibelt BLUE POWER has extremely low stretch, its tensile strength is almost twice as high compared to polyester tension cords and yet it is extremely flexible.
