Classic V-belts

Classic wrapped or raw-edge V-belts according to DIN 2215 / ISO 4184 are used throughout the mechanical engineering sector. The standards define the different profiles, lengths, limiting dimensions, permitted centre distance fluctuations as well as the minimum diameter of classic V-belts. The belts are made of natural rubber, feature a polyester tension cord and a fabric wrapping to protect against external influences.Properties:

  • Conditional resistance to oil
  • Temperature-resistant from maximum -50° C to +120° C
  • Dust-proof
  • Suitable for tropical climates
  • Dimensionally precise belts (from 1,000 mm by Conti)
  • M=S (all lengths are identical)

Please refer to the respective data sheet for more detailed properties of the individual V-belts.
