Endless lengths

Endless rubber ribbed belts are made of polychloroprene. These ribbed belts are characterised by their outstanding performance, high tensile strength and abrasion resistance, as well as good adhesion and uniform force distribution over the entire width of the belt. These rubber ribbed belts are also available with an aramide tension cord for extreme conditions.

Their long service lives, thanks to heavy-duty and wear-resistant materials, low-vibration, smooth and low noise running, combined with high belt speeds are just some of the features that set these rubber ribbed belts apart.

Rubber ribbed belts are available in a range of different profiles.

Endless rubber ribbed belts with a PJ profile have the following dimensions: rib distance 2.34 mm, belt height 3.8 mm, backing height 1.1 mm. They are used for large transmission ratios, drives with fixed centre distances, high belt speeds and with small pulley diameters and reverse tensioning idlers.

CONTI-V® MULTIRIB

The CONTI-V® MULTIRIB is an endless rubber ribbed belt, which conforms to DIN 7867. These rubber ribbed belts are primarily used with large transmission ratios, high belt speeds and small pulley diameters.

The belt consists of a polychloroprene belt base and top cover and a polyester cord tension member and is electrically conductive in accordance with ISO 1813.
