Polyurethane round belts with tension member are used in many production facilities, primarily in conveyor and drive technology. PU round belts with tension member are available in a range of types and diameters.

Diameter 2.0 – 20.0 mm
PU round belts with tension member are available in diameters of between 2.0 mm and 20.0 mm. The colour, hardness and tension member differ depending on the diameter. The primary applications are in conveyor and drive technology.

The BEHAbelt® PU round belt PU 80 A orange smooth has a polyester tension member and a smooth surface. It has the following approximate coefficients of friction μ: Steel 0.65, PE 0.35, HDPE 0.30. Thanks to its EC/FDA/USDA conformity, it is ideal for use in the food industry.
The polyurethane round belt PU 80 A with tension member in orange is available in the following diameters: 6.0 mm, 6.3 mm, 7.0 mm, 8.0 mm, 9.5 mm, 10.0 mm, 12.0 mm, 12.5 mm, 14.3 mm, 19.0 mm and 20.0 mm.

The BEHAbelt® PU round belt PU 85 A sapphire blue is manufactured with a polyester tension member. It features a matt surface and the following approximate coefficients of friction μ: Steel 0.60, PE 0.35, HDPE 0.30. Its EC/FDA/USDA conformity makes it ideal for use in the food industry.
