PU flat belts are also manufactured in endless lengths with continuous tension members. The tension members used are coiled in a thread pattern on these flat belts. They provide an alternative to chains and cable systems and are maintenance-free and space-saving. BRECOFLEX® F2
The BRECOFLEX® F2 is a PU flat belt, manufactured in endless lengths without interruption of the tension members. Its tension member is coiled in a thread pattern and is available in steel or stainless steel. Applications include lifting tables, lift systems and car washes.
This PU flat belt is available in belt widths of 16 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm.
The belt backing and running side are both made of polyurethane. The BRECOFLEX® F2 flat belt is manufactured in endless lengths, is maintenance-free and exhibits low stretch.

The ESBAND PU 11 is a flat belt made of polyurethane and manufactured in open lengths. This PU drive belt features a polyester tension member, continuously embedded between the belt backing and the running side.
