ATN accessories

ATN timing belts were designed specifically for use in transport engineering. The respective profiles can be quickly replaced and assembled on account of their removable profile fixing.

The most diverse goods can be transported by the use of the appropriate accessories, including fastening elements, ATN timing belt locks or various pins/profiles.

Timing belt lock

The ATN timing belt lock enables ATN timing belts to be connected to form continuous belts once they have been inserted into the transport system. These high-strength polyamide and spring band steel connecting elements guarantee a reliable connection of the belt ends. The user can select from various lock versions depending on the belt type, which can be used for different transport tasks.

Please refer to the respective data sheet for more detailed properties of the individual ATN timing belt locks.

Profile fastening

Inset parts and screws are used to fasten the profiles to the timing belt. The inset parts come in plastic, brass and stainless steel. The respective types of screws are available for the inset parts. Polyamide inset parts are combined with EJOT Delta PT® screws, brass inset parts are used with cheese-head screws and the appropriate stainless steel cheese-head screws are available for the stainless steel inset parts.

High-strength profile fastenings are achieved by screwing into insert links, which can be inserted into the tooth by subsequently cutting out individual belt teeth. This ensures that the load is not exerted onto the individual inset parts, unlike with ATN systems, but rather onto the complete width of the belt.

Please refer to the respective data sheet for more detailed properties of the individual inserts and screws.
