Rubber-metal elements

Rubber-metal elements are suitable for universal use in mechanical engineering and industrial plant construction. They are used to absorb vibration and reduce noise levels. These isolators are frequently used, above all on account of the good isolation properties of rubber. The construction of the rubber compound as well as the shaping enable the required specific properties to be achieved.

Rubber-metal buffers

Buffers are used for the spring bearing of small and medium loads in many sectors. These universal round bearings perform many varied vibration control tasks in the mechanical engineering, plant and motor construction sectors.

Properties:

  • Resistant to corrosion
  • Maintenance-free
  • Resistant to oil and weathering if required
  • Large range of uses

Cone mounts

Cone mounts are power unit mounts for medium loads. They provide excellent transverse stability in relation to their axial stiffness, thanks to their good radial stiffness. These mounts have good end stops by the use of the appropriate disks.

Topfelemente

Dome mounts are the solution for level-controlled, attachment-free bearing of machines and units. These elements can be adjusted precisely to the height of the machine, thanks to their integrated level control. An underlay mat provides for fastening-free installation without the need for any anchoring.

Flange elements

Flange elements are simple and sturdy solutions for medium-weight masses. They provide protection against tear-off by the use of stop disks on their upper and lower sides.

Inclined mounts

Inclined mounts are designed to be used in conjunction with inclined bearings with a natural frequency of up to 3.7 Hz. They are used with buffers or rails and are characterised by their very good transverse stability. Any transverse forces produced as a result of their wedge effect have to be absorbed by the foundation. They can be combined with buffers or rails.

Torsion elements

Torsion elements are available as ring elements, torsion bushes and torsion mounts. They are used as bearings for shafts. Ring elements provide flexible mounting for shafts and are also suitable for axial loads. Torsion bushes transmit torque jolt-free and are also suitable for axial loads. Torsion mounts flexibly affix shaft ends to flat surfaces and permit axial, radial, torsional and cardanic movements.

Special elements

Special elements include bell mounts, roof elements, cap elements and device elements. Bell mounts are used for the mounting of suspended loads. Roof elements have versatile uses as unit mounts, which can be aligned stable in the longitudinal direction and soft in the transverse direction. Cap elements are suitable for small masses and offer the same stiffness in a vertical and transverse direction. Device elements are used with small masses with a low natural frequency.
