The RUFLEX® Standard torque limiter reliably provides damage from overloading. The modular system provides solutions for every drive and ensures overload protection for torques up to 6,800 Nm.

RUFLEX® Standard is characterised by its good power density and has good wear resistance. Its slipping torque can be easily set with usual tools. The RUFLEX® torque limiter is zinc-coated and so provides optimum surface protection.

The RUFLEX® with chain wheel is a torque limiter with an integrated chain wheel, which reliably provides damage from overloading. The modular system provides solutions for every drive and ensures overload protection for torques up to 800 Nm.

The RUFLEX® with chain wheel is a complete structural component and is available ex-works with the required torque setting. Other chain wheels are available on request.

The RUFLEX® max. torque limiter has a lengthened design for wider drive components, which reliably provides damage from overloading. The modular system provides solutions for every drive and ensures overload protection for torques up to 6,800 Nm. The RUFLEX® max. can be precisely coordinated to the customer’s dimensions and is also available as an assembly with chain wheel.

The RUFLEX® with ROTEX® is a torque limiter with a shaft-to-shaft connection, which reliably provides damage from overloading. The modular system provides solutions for every drive and ensures overload protection for torques up to 6,800 Nm. The RUFLEX® with ROTEX® is a torsionally flexible safety clutch, capable of displacement, the slipping torque of which can be simply adjusted.

The RUFLEX® with BoWex® is a torque limiter that acts as a torsionally stiff double cardanic shaft-to-shaft connection, which reliably provides damage from overloading. The modular system provides solutions for every drive and ensures overload protection for torques up to 400 Nm.
